  • All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code.
  • You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s) unless it is damaged or broken.
  • Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, accessories)
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received by our Distribution Center.
  • Magari is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

  • Please note if the items are not damaged, there is a 10% restocking fee.

POLICY
Crafting your bracelet will take 1-3 days if you provided us a wrist-size and a valid address. Once your bracelet is crafted, we will send it to the address you provided via USPS.  Magari Design will not be held responsible for lost goods if an incorrect shipping address is provided. Should your package not show up, or arrive damaged, please contact us at: info@magaridesign.com.

 

DUTIES & FEES
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.  These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.  We are in no way responsible for duties you are charged as they are completely out of our control.

 

SHIPPING GUARANTEE
We only work with well-established shipping providers and we place our faith and trust in them, however, we cannot guarantee their performance. Shipping mistakes are rare, but we can only guarantee what is in our control.
