Under Magari’s warranty, we will always replace your natural stone bracelet if it brakes (cord snaps, tears, etc) Accidents happen and we understand that our natural stone bracelets are not indestructible. In order for your natural stone bracelet to be under our warranty, you must ship back the sterling silver pieces that came with your bracelet, this includes our signature bead with the logo and any gold or silver spaces that came with it. The natural stones don’t matter. You do not need to ship back the beads if you happened to misplace them. This warranty does not apply to sterling silver or stainless steel accessories.
The other part of our warranty only covers manufacturing defects on any jewelry that were present upon receiving the product and if the bracelet cord happens to become undone. Damage caused to the plating by the customer will not be covered by this warranty. To inquire if your jewelry is covered under this warranty, contact info@magaridesign.com with your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the issue at hand. Finally, write “Jewelry Warranty Claim” in the subject of the email. Note that you will be expected to pay up to 50% of the original cost of the item for repairs and/or replacements in the following cases, even during the warranty terms.
- Failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness, this includes knocks, dents, crushing, etc.
- Failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification.
- Aesthetic changes that occur from normal wear and tear, aging & minor scratches.
- Alteration of the color such as subtle color changes to the plating and stones.
