Warranty & Exchanges


Under Magari’s warranty, we will always replace your natural stone bracelet if it brakes (cord snaps, tears, etc) Accidents happen and we understand that our natural stone bracelets are not indestructible. In order for your natural stone bracelet to be under our warranty, you must ship back the sterling silver pieces that came with your bracelet, this includes our signature bead with the logo and any gold or silver spaces that came with it. The natural stones don’t matter. You do not need to ship back the beads if you happened to misplace them.  This warranty does not apply to sterling silver or stainless steel accessories.

The other part of our warranty only covers manufacturing defects on any jewelry that were present upon receiving the product and if the bracelet cord happens to become undone.  Damage caused to the plating by the customer will not be covered by this warranty. To inquire if your jewelry is covered under this warranty, contact with your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the issue at hand. Finally, write “Jewelry Warranty Claim” in the subject of the email. Note that you will be expected to pay up to 50% of the original cost of the item for repairs and/or replacements in the following cases, even during the warranty terms.

  • Failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness, this includes knocks, dents, crushing, etc.
  • Failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification.
  • Aesthetic changes that occur from normal wear and tear, aging & minor scratches.
  • Alteration of the color such as subtle color changes to the plating and stones.


  • All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code.
  • You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s) unless it is damaged or broken.
  • Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, accessories) with tags attached.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received by our Distribution Center.
  • Magari is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your return


For all the Magari jewelry we offer a ‘30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee’ on all the jewelry purchased at You have 30 calendar days (starting from the day you receive the item) to return the bracelet(s). For a refund, all Magari jewelry must be in original condition & be shipped with the original packaging. If there is any scratches, blemishes or marks you will not receive a refund. We will also ask for pictures before a refund is processed.  There is also a 10% restocking fee and the customer must pay for shipping.  Your refund will be credited to the same payment method you used to make the purchase after we have carefully inspected the bracelet/s.

Please note that, because we sell custom made products we are not obliged by law to refund. However, we want 100% satisfied customers that is why, we do offer the ‘30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee’!
