Warranty & Exchanges

This warranty only covers manufacturing defects on the jewelry that were present upon receiving the product and if the bracelet cord happens to become undone.  Damage caused to the plating will not be covered by this warranty. To inquire if your jewelry is covered under this warranty, contact [email protected] with your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the issue at hand. Finally, write “Bracelet Warranty Claim” in the subject of the email. Note that you will be expected to pay up to 50% of the original cost of the item for repairs and/or replacements in the following cases, even during the warranty term.

Failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness (knocks, dents, crushing, etc.) Failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification. Aesthetic changes that occur from normal wear and tear, aging (minor scratches, etc.) and alteration of the colour such as subtle colour changes to the plating, etc.


For all the Magari Design bracelets we offer a ‘30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee’ on all the bracelets purchased at www.magaridesign.com You have 30 calendar days (starting from the day you receive the item) to return the bracelet(s). For a refund, we accept Magari Design bracelets with the original packaging included, and there is a $10 restocking fee and the customer must pay for shipping.  Your refund will be credited to the same payment method you used to make the purchase after we have carefully inspected the bracelet/s.

Please note that, because we sell custom made products we are not obliged by law to refund. However, we want 100% satisfied customers that is why, we do offer the ‘30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee’!
